studio operations:

studio hours are monday through friday, 9am to 6pm and occasional late nights and weekends
scheduling might help if you're expecting to need a piece of material back by a certain time. 24 hours in advance please
in all cases, downloadable copies of your project are available on this website by visiting your client area. this is the preferred method of delivery, but cd is also available
production turn around time for voiceovers is one business day, and editing/imaging projects that are sent with ALL parts to be used at once, are two business days. in some cases, vacations, illness and technical issues may cause these times to be changed
we do not offer contracts, only usage agreements. you may cancel any time, but your monthly retainer must be paid in full first before cancellation can occur

copy must be presented from clients via email with one inch margins all-around, double-spaced, times new roman size 12, with emphasis marking and directions included. we use microsoft word...but mostly against our will
editing and imaging projects will start when all elements requested to be used in the production have been received, electronically or by mail
voiceover projects are only available outside of the south bend/elkhart, indiana and kalamazoo, michigan markets so that existing full-time employment contracts may be honored
